Hasn't won since notching up back to back victories two summers ago but ran well on reappearance when 2nd at Ayr last month. Hasn't been seen on the all weather for a while but does act on it so should run well again here.

Very smart performer in his prime who was rated as high as 99 but hasn't run to that level for a little while. Will need to come on plenty for reappearance at Thirsk but usually does improve for a run and is 1-1 on the all weather so would be no surprise to see him run well off this mark.

Three time course and distance winner with the most recent of those victories coming in March. Solid efforts at Chelmsford since and returns here off just 1lb higher than that last winning mark so should run very well once again.

Broke his all weather duck when winning a listed race over course and distance in November. Mostly struggled back in handicaps since but is down to an appealing mark and drops back down to 6 furlongs (2-3) so reasons to be positive this evening.
